Will Ferrell is another comedy star who is making sure they keep going with new projects in theaters. It has been revealed today that Ferell will be producing a new comedy with Paramount. For the comedy it will tell the story of two FBI agents who go deep undercover and end up on a reality show.
Paramount has set up an untitled action comedy about FBI agents in a bogus marriage with Adam McKay, Will Ferrell and Kevin Messick producing through their Gary Sanchez company. The studio bought the pitch from Lauryn Kahn for a story about two FBI agents who go deep undercover as a married couple on a reality show about rich Los Angeles housewives. “Mike and Dave Need Wedding Dates” director Jake Szymanski is attached to helm. Kahn and Szymanski will share story credit. Both are former employees at Gary Sanchez and its Funny or Die web site.
